Benefit update: Viya

There has been an important change to your Viya benefit. Make note of this benefit partner update before 1 January 2025.

Starting 1 January 2025, Viya will no longer be taking new bookings and will be closing its business. Due to this business closure, you won’t be able to use your Sanlam Reality travel benefit on Viya from 1 January 2025. Instead, you can continue to enjoy up to 30% off accommodation benefits with LekkeSlaap, South Africa’s leading online travel agency.

Here’s what to expect from Viya

New bookings

You can continue to book stays with Viya until 31 December 2024, for check-ins up until 30 June 2025. Rest assured, all current and upcoming bookings will be fully honoured, and their team remains committed to making your travel experience seamless.

Viya Rewards points

You can use your Viya Rewards points toward new bookings until 31 December 2024. On 1 January 2025, any remaining points will expire.

Your profile and bookings

You will still have access to your profile and all your bookings with the ability to manage and update your profile, including any social content. You can also make changes to your bookings until your last check-in.
