Do I have to pay to use the Legal Assist benefit?
The telephonic legal assist benefit is free for Reality Club and Wealth Bonus Lifestyle for Sanlam Corporate members. Should you require further assistance, a 30-minute consultation will be set up at an eligible firm for free. Should you exceed the time frame, you will be charged a fee.
How often can I call the Legal Assist call centre?
You can call as often as you like.

How do I use the Legal Assist benefit?
Legal Assist gives you access to telephonic legal advice from a team of legal professionals. You can use this benefit by calling 0860 732 548/9 and following the voice prompts.
Can I meet with a Legal Assist consultant?
Should you need further assistance, your advisor will set up a free 30-minute consultation at an eligible firm.
Does the service include legal documents?
The service includes providing you with papers or documents for routine legal needs which contain guidance charts that explain documents’ application.
Examples of documents that are available are
1) A Small Claims Court kit (including guidelines as to whether a matter falls within the jurisdiction of the Small Claims Court)
2) A Domestic Worker’s Agreement
3) A Maintenance Kit
4) A Will
Is there any limit to the number of legal agreements the Legal Assist team can draft for me?
Yes, you are entitled to a maximum of four legal agreements in a calendar month.
